We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all subscription billing and processing. By subscribing to our paid tiers, you agree to comply with Paddle's terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled by the user prior to the billing cycle renewal date.
Due to the immediate digital provisioning of data and computational resources involved in generating custom algorithmic insights, all digital content purchases and subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
However, we want to ensure a fair experience. If you experience a billing discrepancy, erroneous renewal, or systematic service failure, please contact our support team at support@hexagramind.com within 14 days of the transaction. We review all requests within 3-5 business days and will issue a refund if a technical or billing error is confirmed.
For subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HexaMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
